Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-Three

Monday 9th April 2018 - Today we drove to a little town called Diabat. There wasn't much there other than a church and a ranch with horses
So we went back to play at the villa. Clara and I had a picnic in orange room with our baskets and teddies and all the biscuits
We walked into the medina along by the sea as the sun was starting to set
When I got tired, Daddy carried me on his shoulders
And before dinner we posted postcards to our Grandmas and Granddads. I wonder if they'll arrive home before we do?

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-Two

Sunday 8th April 2018 - This morning Clara and I took our shopping bags to the Carrefour supermarket to shop for fruit, snacks and jellies
An the we drove to a beach slightly along the coast, where we collected rocks
We loved going back to the villa for the afternoon where we played in apple room with our friend Lulu (who was staying there with her Mummy, Daddy and sister)
We went into Essaouria medina for dinner and went to a rooftop bar in time for sunset
Clara and I are having a great holiday. I especially liked the rainbow popcorn Mummy and Daddy bought megrim a lady in the square
And when it was time for stories, we went into orange room, in front of the fire and had chocolate milk

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy-One

Saturday 7th April 2018 - Today started with a delicious breakfast in Villa Quieta. We had pancakes and cake!
Then we went for a camel ride along the beach. I went with Mummy and it was very bumpy at first but after a while, I really liked it. Our camel was called Sultan and Clara's was called cappuccino
 Look at me!
In the evening, we went into the medina for a look around and for dinner. I fond this little green wicker bag, which I decided I needed. I picked it up and ran down the street with it, which the man found very funny. He found a pink one for Clara and Mummy and Daddy bought them for us, which made us very happy
We had dinner and said hello to the kittes of Essaouria before heading back to bed

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Seventy

Friday 6th April 2018 - Today Daddy droves us a long way along the coast to a place called Safi, which was a town famous for it's pottery. We walked through the little medina
And had a delicious lunch of chicken and vegetables
Then we went to a place called Ouladia, where Mummy said there would be flamingos. There weren't any flamingos, but there was ice cream and the sea
and a beach to run along

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-Nine

Thursday 5th April 2018 - Today we got ready and waited outside the villa for a bus to take us to Villa Maroc Les Jardins
Where there was a beautiful warm pool for us to swim in
 And a garden to explore
We played and swam and had lunch of sausages and chicken and salad, followed by cake
And in the evening we walked into the medina as the sun set to have dinner

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-Eight

Wednesday 4th April 2018 - Today, after a big breakfast of Moroccan pancakes and cake, we walked along by the sea all the way to the medina. The sand was soft and great for walking on
And the sea air made my hair go really curly
We explored he port, where lots of fishermen were selling fish and detangling the fishing nets. There were seagulls everywhere. We went up on the ramparts and it was very windy
And then we went for an explore and a kitten hunt in the medina before finding somewhere for food

Day One Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty-Seven

Tuesday 3rd April 2018 - Today we got up in the middle of the night to go on a holiday adventure to Morocco. Mummy bought us some Playmobil to open on the plane, all wrapped up like christmas! It kept us occupied for about five minutes but luckily Daddy had downloaded lots of things for us to watch and games to play
When we arrived in Essaouira, we went straight to our villa, which was called Villa Quieta. The sun was shining...
...and the garden was a great place to explore
The whole place was totally different to houses at home.. look at the door to our bedroom!
There was a swimming pool but it was far too cold so we put out feet in and had a water fight with our water pistols instead
There were lots of different lounges to explore. Our favourite was the one at the top of the villa, which had a big bowl of green apples... so we called in the apple room
And here was the view of the sunset over the sea. I think I'm going to like it here
