Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Four

Tuesday 26th April 2016 ~ Today Grandma and Grandad came to see us. I was delighted to wake up and find Grandma there. I went straight into her room for stories and cuddles.

I got dressed in my best Beetlejuice outfit and boots and we went out to Cheeky monkeys in the morning and for a play in IKEA in the afternoon

I refused to have a nap so they put sleepy me in a basket to be sold for £30 but luckily no one bought me

I got straight back to work and asked Grandma and Grandad to bring me a cup of tea and a piece of cake

Monday 25th April 2016 ~ Happy to be home

Sunday 24th April 2016 ~ This morning we went swimming in a great new pool in Loughton. I mostly enjoyed walking up and down the stairs and playing run away from the shark with Mummy, Daddy and Clara. After swimming, we went to the Owls pub for a roast lunch and a play in the park.

Saturday 23rd April 2016 ~ Today we went to Green Dragon Eco Farm near Aylesbury to meet Aunt Amy, Uncle Ed, Aunt Helen, Uncle Ben, Issy and James

There were lots of animals to look at and feed - goats and chickens, pigs and bunnies...

...I especially liked the baa baas

And I had a great time on the giant bouncy pillow!

Friday 22nd April 2016 ~ Today Mummy and Daddy went to work and Grandma Catherine and Grandad John came to look after us. I was so cute and rascally that they wanted to take me home!

Thursday 21st April 2016 ~ When we got home from nursery today, we had new micro scooters with matching helmets. And we went straight out to scoot down the road...

...can you tell how happy I was?

I can now say "my scooter"!

Wednesday 20th April 2016 ~ Today I was very happy to have been invited to Poppy and Riley's house for lunch

Then we went for a play in the sunshine in a new park in Woodford. I especially enjoyed walking across this bridge on my own...

...and bouncing on this seesaw with lovely Poppy

Tuesday 19th April 2016 ~ Today was Grandma and Grandad Tuesday and we tidied up the garden. I worked hard with my dustpan and brush...

...and then had a relax in the playhouse with my sister

Day Five Hundred and Fifty-Five

Sunday 17th April 2016 ~ This morning was great... cartoons and biscuits in bed in our hotel room! I think Mummy and Daddy were rewarding us for sleeping all night long

Then it was time for a delicious breakfast. I enjoyed breakfast - especially standing on my chair, running backwards and forwards to the buffet table and drawing on the chair with crayon. Daddy says I'm a total boss

After breakfast, we went for a run around in Bushy park

There were beautiful blossom trees...

 ...and ducks to chase

It was a beautiful Spring morning and I loved watching the ducks swimming on the pond with my Daddy

There was even time to play in the park before we went home

Uncle Ellis took me on this amazing slide...

Saturday 16th April 2016 ~ Today we went across to Teddington to see Uncle Ellis ad Uncle Phoy. 

After lunch we walked to Ham House, which was a very long way...

  ...I wanted to walk all of it but I wasn't very fast and I keep walking the wrong way so for some of it, I was carried

It was great when we got there...

...especially the hot chocolate in the Orangery...

...and a good catch up with my favourite Uncles

Dinner was pretty good too

Day Five Hundred and Fifty-Three

Friday 15th April 2016 ~ Today it was forest Friday again. It had been raining a lot so Clara and I wore our wellies and borrowed some rain suits. It was straight in to sit by the fire and sing songs...

After that, we were given a magnifying glass to hunt for bugs...

...and pooters to catch them. Though I just tried to drink mine!

Then it was time for a snack by the fire

I was very happy to see my friend Poppy again...

...and just thrilled about the hot chocolate and marshmallows. I said "one more please" and everyone was very impressed with my talking

After our snack, it was time to make animals out of clay and to make lunch for Mummy in the mud kitchen. And then the heavens opened so we rushed inside for a picnic lunch, some crafting and stories before hometime

Wednesday 13th April 2016 ~ Today I was so happy to wake up and find my Mummy at home. And it was Mummy Wednesday too. She took us to the bluebell woods in Wanstead park...

...which was great until I fell face first into some stinging nettles. Luckily Mummy's friend Cheryl had some special cream and some mini cheddars on hand. I stayed in my buggy until I felt better and then got out again for our picnic in the park

I really cheered up at ice-cream time

I sat with my sister and all my friends and ate every last bit

By the end, I was all covered in ice-cream and Mummy said I looked blissed out!

Tuesday 12th April 2016 ~ Today was Grandma and Grandad Tuesday. I was sad and a bit cross this morning when I woke up and Mummy still wasn't there but Grandma and Grandad soon took my mind off it with a play in the sunshine

The day just got better and better...

...and they said my Mummy would be home tomorrow
