Wednesday 25th March 2015 ~ I had a fun day at home with Mummy and Clara but I was really happy to see my Daddy when he got home

Day One Hundred and Sixty-Eight

Today we went for lunch with Grandma and Grandad. Look at me with Grandma's beads. They suit me don't they?

Grandad helped with my weaning with a bit of mango chutney. I loved it!

When we got back, my Grandad planted a tree for me - it's a Prunus Snow Goose, a flowering cherry tree.

Day One Hundred and Sixty-Seven

Monday 23rd March 2015 ~ Mummy and me went to the cinema to see The Divergent Series: Insurgent. There was a lot of fighting and running around. I don't know what insurgent or divergent means and I didn't know what was going on. Mummy said it was rubbish. I didn't care because I got to have a kiss and a cuddle with my friend Dorothy. 2/10

Day One Hundred and Sixty-Six

Sunday 22nd March 2015 ~ Today, Daddy took me to a big noisy place with lots of children running around. I think he called it soft play, but I was mostly interested in the hard plastic balls.

Clara and I had a great time, although she's still a little more adventurous than me and managed to climb all over the place.

After a lovely time playing, Daddy took us to meet Mummy - I was very happy to see her.

We had lunch in a pub with an Owl on the sign and then we went on the swings, great fun!

Saturday 21st March 2015 ~ Today Mummy, Daddy, Clara and me went swimming. I especially enjoying swimming around in the rapids... and the sleepy cuddle with Mummy afterwards.

Friday 20th March 2015 ~ Today I tried out some new moves at yoga. I'm turning from my back to my front very quickly now and am trying my very hardest to crawl. Mummy says it won't be long and then we'll have to boy-proof the house!

Thursday 19th March 2015 ~ Today I went with my sister to the Limes. I had a great time playing with the blocks (and Grandma's necklace)...

...and I really enjoyed the water bed and all the pretty lights in the sensory room

I also tried a taste of banana and guess what?

I love it!

Monday 16th March 2015 ~ Today was mostly about relaxing at home with Mummy...

 Sunday 15th March 2015 ~ Today was my first Mother's Day with Mummy. I was a good boy for Daddy while Mummy went off to the spa. I don't know what a spa is but she came back all smiley and happy and wanting cuddles with her two favourite rascals

 Unfortunately she couldn't persuade us both to smile at the camera!

Mummy had a great day and I had a great day too, checking myself out in the Museum of Childhood. What a handsome baby I am.

Saturday 14th March 2015 ~ Today we went to the Isle Of Sheppey. Mummy, Daddy and Clara had fish and chips and I had milk

Clara had a go on some of the rides in the arcades and did some ten pin bowling too. I mostly hung out with Mummy and Daddy or on this air hockey table!

I had a nap while Mummy, Daddy and Clara walked down to the beach. It was so cold that we didn't stay long.

But we popped in to see Grandma Catherine and Grandad John on the way home. They were very happy to see me.

Friday 13th March 2015 ~ Today I went to meet my friend Dougie. Mummy and me went round to his house. I loved playing in his chair. Look at this nifty thing - it looks like a jam tart with eyes!

Thursday 12th March 2015 ~ Today was my first ever trip to the Limes...

...luckily my sister was there to show me around

In the afternoon, we went to the park and I went in a swing for the first time. My sister helped me with that too!

Tuesday 10th March 2015 ~ Today Grandma and Grandad took me up to Highams Park for a picnic...

Day One Hundred and Fifty-Two

Monday 9th March 2015 ~ Today Mummy and me went to see Still Alice at the Barbican with my friend Dorothy and her Mummy. It was about a lady who was diagnosed with early Alzheimer's at the age of fifty. It began with her forgetting things here and there and throughout the film, she gradually disappeared. Mummy said it was frightening and devastating and made her think about life and death and loss and all sorts of things that were far too heavy for maternity leave and a Monday morning. 

Mummy put me down on this seat and I worried that she might disappear too but luckily she quickly picked me up for a cuddle and took me home. 8/10.

Sunday 8th March 2015 ~ Today Daddy got Clara's old door bouncer out of the attic so that I could have a bounce

 Saturday 7th March 2015 ~ Today Mummy decided she wanted to take some photos of me looking cute. So here I am, almost five months old in my space gym

Friday 6th March 2015 ~ Today Mummy and me travelled into work with Daddy. We left him and walked along the Southbank in the sunshine to meet Mummy's friend Jenna and her little girl Isobel

We went for lunch together and Issy and I got to know each other

She was very sweet

Before we got the train home to pick my sister up from nursery, Mummy took me into Daddy's work so Daddy could show me off to his work friends. Here's me sitting at his desk...

Thursday 5th March 2015 ~ Today we drove to Chatham to see Grandma Catherine and Grandad John. I had a great time kicking my legs around in the sunshine

Mummy and Daddy tried to get a video of me rolling over but I was quite happy chatting and kicking my legs in the air

It was really lovely to see my Grandma and Grandad again

Wednesday 4th March 2015 ~ Today Mummy, Clara and me got the bus to Brook's farm in Leyton where we met Clara's friends and my guide parents Kumari and Christine. I saw lots of animals but enjoyed the cuddles more
