Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty-One

Sunday 23rd December 2018 - Today after a long shop in the supermarket for our Christmas food, we came home and did some christmas baking

 At my request - we made gingerbread snowman biscuits 

 And Christmas pudding teacakes.

Clara and I especially enjoyed eating the leftover sweeties 

We decorated the christmas cake Daddy made too - with the toys from our christmas advent calendars 

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty

 Saturday 22nd December 2018 - Today Mummy and Daddy took us to see Room on the Broom in central London. We went with Juni and Robin too

 And  we all really enjoyed it. I especially liked the singing frog and the singing dog 

 Afterwards we walked through chinatown and found somewhere to have rice and noodles 

And on the way home, Robin's Daddy Sean bought us all a giant cookie!

After we'd gone to bed, Mummy and Daddy went out to a Christmas party. Look how big our baby brother has grown

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Nine

Friday 21st December 2018 - Today Uncle Ellis came to visit and dropped off a Christmas present for Clara and I 

In the afternoon I went to Nancy's house to celebrate her 5th birthday with her. We played games and ate cake 

 And then had a disco with disco lights and glow sticks 

We had great fun dancing and playing musical statues 

Until it was time to stumble home to bed, all full of excitement and far too much sugar!

 Thursday 20th December 2018 - Today was our preschool Christmas party and Father Christmas came to visit

We sang him songs

and he gave each of us a present

It was my last day at preschool before the Christmas holidays. 

Robin and I went to station cafe for lunch to celebrate.

Wednesday 19th December 2018 - I made this great Christmas card for Mummy and Daddy with Barbara today 

 Then it was home for dinner and milk

Monday 17th December 2018 - We had our pre-rainbows picnic at home today because Daddy was there already

Sunday 16th December 2018 - Today we woke up in our hotel and went for another long swim before a big breakfast of cereal and sausages and water melon.

We went to admire the big Christmas tree in the lounge before we went home

 Saturday 15th December 2018 - Today we went to visit Father Christmas in his grotto. His elves gave us a pot with magic beans in it

 And we walked through his grotto to meet him 

He was very friendly and asked what we wanted for Christmas 

I told him I wanted some chocolate and he said he liked chocolate too.

And he gave me a high five!

Father Christmas magicked our magic beans into a little christmas tree which we got to decorate and take home 

 We all had a lovely time. Ho ho ho!

Friday 14th December 2018 - Today it was my preschool nativity. We got to choose what we were...

I was a leopard sheep!!

We sang lots of songs, including Away in a Manger. The baby Jesus fell down, which made everyone giggle

Monday 10th December 2018 - This morning before preschool, I took this great selfie of myself on Mummy's phone 

When we got home from Clara's rainbows, there was a letter for each of us back from Father Christmas, which was so exciting

Sunday 9th December 2018 - Today I was very excited to be going to get our Christmas tre

 We helped Mummy and Daddy decorate it and then had a dance around it to some Christmas music 

 Mummy was very pleased with how beautiful it looked

Saturday 8th December 2018 - Today we went into town to go out for lunch for Grandad John's Birthday. It was really good to see our cousins

 Friday 7th December 2018 - This morning I had some fun at home, playing and drawing with Aunt Nine 

Then Aunt Nini, Mummy and I went on an adventure on the train to the Soutbank to see the Christmas market. We had lunch together at Wagamana's and then bought some rainbow fudge from the market for me and Clara 

 We all went on the carousel together

Which was great fun 

Later on, after Clara got home from school, Aunt Melanie arrived to stay with us. We met her from the station. She'd bought us a magazine each and we did puzzles together before bed. We were both so happy to see her

Thursday 6th December 2018 - Clara and I were very excited to wake up today and find Aunt Nini in Grandma's bed. We had breakfast together before Clara went to school and I went to preschool

Aunt Nini and Mummy picked me up from preschool and we went home to play. After Clara got home from school, We played schools at home - Nini taught us to count in French, German and Spanish

 She read us a bedtime story too

Wednesday 5th December 2018 - Mummy had to leave really early to run a workshop in Brighton so today Daddy took us to school. I got to go on the back of the bike!

Saturday 1st December 2018 - Today was the 1st December and the first day of our countdown to Christmas. We were so excited to wake up to play mobil advent calendars. I had Father Christmas' workshop and Clara had a princess banquet

Mummy organised the Christmas advent window trail to ask for donations for Eat or Heat, which is a local food bank - for people who don't have enough to eat. So as well as getting a toy, we decided to do a reverse advent calendar. Clara decorated the box and every day until Christmas we are going to put something in to take to the food bank

We were supposed to go to cousin Issy's house for her birthday party but I was sick again so most of the afternoon looked like this 

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Eight

Friday 30th November 2018 - Today we listened to christmas songs and stayed at home while Mummy decorated our front window for the advent trail. I helped a little bit but mostly just played and danced and watched tv

When Clara got home, we wrote a letter to Father Christmas. I told him I wanted a lego Ninjago castle, some biscuits and some sweets

And I drew a picture of Father Christmas on the letter 

Before long, Mummy had finished the window so Clara and I went outside to look. Look at little Clara and me skating on the lake
