Day Three Hundred and Twenty-Four

Saturday 29th August 2015 ~ Today when I woke up, Aunt Nini was here. Obviously I couldn't wait to sit on her lap for cuddles... and eat her breakfast of egg and crumpets too of course!

Before long, it was time for my sister's birthday party. I wore an Olaf t-shirt saying "I'm Ira and I like warm hugs"

Uncle Ellis and Uncle Phoy turned up and they cuddled and fussed and played with me. Until my Uncle Ben turned up and took over!

And my Grandad was there too. I was a very happy boy

I played in the garden with my Uncles and my friends Seth and Dougie...

...and I played inside with Uncle Ed and Aunt Amy too

After my afternoon nap, Grandad Mel helped me finish most of the food on the buffet table. I especially enjoyed the gruyere and poppy seed cheese straws

Before bed, Uncle Ed taught me some advanced mathematics on the chalkboard.

I'm not sure he knew what he was talking about but I had a brilliant day.

Wednesday 26th August 2015 ~ Today we went to Eddie-Frank's third birthday party. I got into the spirit of things with my party hat!

Tuesday 25th August 2015 ~ Today it was my sister Clara's third birthday. She got lots of lovely presents, including this world map, which I look very cute posing next to!

We had pancakes and squirt cream for breakfast. Mummy squirted cream straight into my mouth, which really made me giggle. And then naturally, I smeared it all over my highchair!

We went to Kidspace for a play...

...which was great fun

And when we got home, we sang Happy Birthday to Clara and had some caterpillar cake.

Sunday 23rd August 2015 ~ Today Grandma Catherine and Grandad John came round for lunch and to give Clara her birthday presents. We went to the park for a go on the swings

Saturday 22nd August 2015 ~ Today, Mummy and Daddy took me across town to Waterlow Park for a picnic with friends. I had a great time hanging out, enjoying the lovely sunshine. Veronica fed me pineapple.

And John and I shared an ice-cold beer (not really!)

After we'd finished eating we went for a play, but first I had a giant pig to stroke.

Then it was time for a go on the swings with Clara look at me go, wee!

Friday 21st August 2015 ~ Today Clara was feeling poorly so she stayed at home with Mummy and me. And Grandad Poppins came to the rescue...

...He helped Mummy look after us...

 Thursday 20th August 2015 ~ Today, I was a little monster and left a trail of destruction throughout the house, but I looked so cute no one would have believed it.

Wednesday 19th August 2015 ~ Today we met Uncle Ellis and his nephew at the London Transport Museum. I learnt a lot about transport in London from the late 1800s...

...and I helped my sister and Elliott repair the train...

...it was brilliant!

Day Three Hundred and Twelve

Monday 17th August 2015 ~ Today Mummy took me to the cinema to see The Man from U.N.C.L.E - a cold-war era spy film directed by Guy Richie. From the bits she could follow, Mummy though the storyline was alright.. it lurched from cartoonish car chases and fights to dialogue that made her cringe more than it made her laugh. But it was good to look at - like a glossy 1960s Vogue photoshoot. Not that I noticed. I was mastering the art of climbing the stairs with my friend Dorothy...

...right to the very top! 6/10

After the cinema, I went back to Dorothy's house and met her cat Mia. Other than Mumma and Dadda, cat is my first word. Though I can also say bubba for bubbles, Carcar for Clara, broom broom for car and Gangan for Grandad!

Day Three Hundred and Eleven

Sunday 16th August 2015 ~ Clara was poorly today so we stayed at home and played. I didn't mind at all

Day Three Hundred and Ten

Saturday 15th August 2015 ~ Today we all went on a cycle ride from home, through the Hackney marshes and on to the Olympic park and Victoria park. I really loved it!

We even stopped to pick blackberries, which were delicious.

Friday 14th August 2015 ~ Today Mummy and I went to the Southbank. We met my friend Issy in the Tate Modern...

...it was great to see her again. She;s just started walking and she's really good at it! We played in the Tate modern, had a picnic and then met Mummy's friends Cyra and Monika for lunch before heading back to pick Clara up from nursery

Thursday 13th August 2015 ~ Today we all went for a bike ride through the woods in Highams Park. I went in the wrap on Daddy's back, which was so exciting!

Day Three Hundred and Seven

Wednesday 12th August 2015 ~ Today we spent the day with Clara's friend Marianne and my Aunt Christine. Christine loves me and wants to give me cuddles all the time. She says I'm a very special baby!

Day Three Hundred and Six

Tuesday 11th August 2015 ~ Today we went to the Olympic park with Grandma and Grandad, where we had a picnic lunch. I mostly ate sausages. I love sausages. And most meat. In fact, I could probably live on meat and bread... but Mummy and Daddy keep giving me fruit and vegetables too.

I had fun crawling around the grass with Clara. She even let me play with a ball a bit too...

...and then we scampered around in the sandpit until it was time to head home

Day Three Hundred and Five

Monday 10th August 2015 ~ Today my friend Dorothy came round to play. We had fun crawling around in the garden

We played with Esme cat. Did you know, I can say cat? It sounds a little bit like "caa" but I say it whenever I see a cat! I can also say Mumma, Dadda, broom broom (for car) and ba ba for bubbles

We played with my toys and my sister's princess car too, which I can now sit on myself

And we walked up to Highams park so Dorothy and I could have a nap. When we woke up, we had a go on the swings before heading home again

Day Three Hundred and Four

Sunday 9th August 2015 ~ This morning was our final morning in the woods. I sat in the director's chair for breakfast and had some bread and omelette

There was time for a final walk through the meadow and across the farm and then it was time to go home. I didn't want to leave but Mummy and Daddy said we'd come camping again soon

Day Three Hundred and Three

Sunday 9th August 2015 ~ This morning I went for a walk on my Mummy's back to the shop to get some bacon for breakfast

We had sausages and bacon for breakfast, which was delicious.

And everyone has started calling me commune baby, though I don't know why!

After breakfast, I had a long sleep in the shade...

...and when I woke up, my sister and all her friends were playing in the wood

Daddy gave me some blackberries, which I really enjoyed. Can you tell?

And after a walk around the farm, we went to the pub across the road where I played on the grass in the sunshine...

Everyone's making a fuss of me and I'm having a lovely time
