Friday 24th August 2018 - Today cousins Lois and Luna came over for a play date. We played in the garden and ate pizza and had lots of fun

Day One Thousand Four Hundred and Nine
Thursday 23rd August 2018 - Today we went on an adventure on the train with Juni and Robin to Hatfield House
Where we watched a great open air performance of Peter pan. I thought the lost boys were the best and that Captain Hook was very funny, especially when he told us we were smelly children
I loved Peter pan the most. I drew a picture of him which he said looked just like him.
I was very happy

Wednesday 22nd August 2018 - Today Daddy took us to Kidspace in Romford, where we played and had slushies

Day One Thousand Four Hundred and Six
Monday 20th August 2018 - Today it was time to say goodbye to our holiday house. Mummy tried to get a photo of all of us outside the house but it didn't happen. Clara and I were too busy pretending to be in jail under the house!
We had time for a quick shop at the supermarket where Mummy and Daddy let us choose some sweets to take home with us
And then chips on the sea wall next to Wissant beach before we had to rush straight back to catch the Eurotunnel home to England

Sunday 19th August 2018 - Today we played in the holiday house and garden. My Mummy made us a treasure hunt with Isabella's birthday cake at the end
And Ella's Mummy and Daddy played games with us in the garden

Saturday 18th August 2018 - Today we went to Parc Bagatelle - an amazing theme park with all of our friends. We had a picnic and then went on lots of rides, like this caterpillar rollercoaster
And flamingo peddle boats
We all had so much fun

Day One Thousand Four Hundred and Three
Friday 17th August 2018 - This morning Grandma and Grandad left. They were driving back to Lille and then heading home. We were sad to see them leave but excited that our friends Isabella, James, Livia and Ella were coming. We went back to Le Touquet beach, where we all went in the sea
We ran up and down the sand dunes
Exploring and having fun together
We stayed until the sun was setting
And then we went back to the holiday house where I had a bath with my friends before dinner and bed
Day One Thousand Four Hundred and Two
Thursday 16th August 2018 - We had a lazy morning playing and drawing in the holiday house
Then we went to a little town called Hesdin, which had a little river running through it. We followed the river through the town
And then stopped by a bridge to play pooh sticks

Wednesday 15th August 2018 - Today we went to explore the Citadel in Montreuil-sur-Mer
Clara and I loved running around and exploring all of the tunnels and secret rooms
And I met the castle cat, who was more than happy to have a cuddle
Later that day, we went to a beautiful beach on the peninsula in Le Touquet. Clara and I ran straight into the water of the lagoon
And had fun running up and down the sand dunes
We went for a walk across the beach to the mud where the tide had gone out. Daddy and Clara went to swim in the sea
And I stayed with Mummy and drew pictures of people in the mud
Aren't they brilliant? :)
Day One Thousand Four Hundred
Tuesday 14th August 2018 - This morning we had lots of fun with Grandad in the garden. He pushed us so high on the swings, I nearly reached the moon
We went for lunch and to explore the ramparts of Montreuil-sur-Mer
Luckily Grandad was there when my legs got sleepy
Grandma and Grandad went to the supermarket and we went to Berck beach, where I played on the sand while Clara and Daddy went into the sea
Mumm made me a boat out of sand to play in and the sun came out for a while before it was time to go back to our holiday house for tea

Day One Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety-Nine
Monday 13th August 2018 - Today we drove to Folkestone and went back in the tunnel under the sea all the way to France. We drove to a village called Alette where we were staying in a big house in the countryside
Once we'd explored the house and garden, Grandma and Grandad arrived in a little car, all the way from Lille. They played with us in the garden while Mummy and daddy went to the supermarket for supplies
There were toys and books everywhere. I think I'm going to like it here

Sunday 12th August 2018 - Today mostly involved packing for our holiday.. and a break for Sunday lunch in a pub in Epping

Saturday 11th August 2018 - Today we had a picnic on Hampstead Heath with our cousins Lois and Luna
We had such a silly time together

Friday 10th August 2018 - Today we went to the Transport Museum with Ellis. We especially like the play area where we could fix the train
And work in the lost property office

Thursday 9th August 2018 - Today after days and days of sunshine, it really rained. So Mummy took us to Westfield so we could go to the cinema to see the Incredibles 2. It was great and so was the popcorn! We stayed and played and did a bit of shopping
And then had some delicious chinese for tea before heading home

Wednesday 8th August 2018 - A little goodbye dance for Mummy on the doorstep before she went off to work

Tuesday 7th August 2018 - In the morning, when asked what I want to do, I always say I'd like to go for a picnic in the park. So that's what we did with Grandma and Grandad today
We climbed trees
And walked around the lake so we could see the cygnets
