Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-Six

Thursday 17th January 2019 - This morning Mummy had made a nest in Grandma and Grandad's bed. She said it was because the baby was coming soon 

Naturally I got in and pretended to be a baby bird!

I went to preschool and Mummy and Daddy went into the birth centre to have the baby. Grandma and Grandad picked me up and said we just had to wait until the baby came home to meet him. I was very excited 

What I didn't know (because I was fast asleep) was that at 11.49pm, my baby brother was born

And tomorrow I would get to meet him for the very first time...

Wednesday 16th January 2019 - After school capers. Clara let me ride on her like a horse!

 Tuesday 15th January 2019 - Grandma and Grandad Tuesday and today Mummy was there too. I made my lego fire engine with Grandma 

Played and watched tv with Grandad 

And had lots of fun

 Monday 14th January 2019 - We love our Monday rainbows picnic 

When we got home, there was a monkey for the new baby <3

 Sunday 13th January 2019 - This evening we went to Lloyd park for an amazing light show

There were lasers projected into the sky to music and we loved watching it 

And there were lots of amazing things to see along the road on our way home

 Saturday 12th January 2019 - Today Mummy went to a birth skills workshop and Daddy took us to the Museum of London Docklands. When we met up again, we went for lunch in the Big Easy

Burger, chips and frozen lemonade. Delicious!

When we got home, we made sure things were ready for the new baby... because Mummy says he should be here soon

 Friday 11th January 2019 - After school tea and hot chocolate with our friends in Ziggy's

And home for some usual pre-bedtime naughtiness

Thursday 10th January 2019 - Thursday 10th January 2019 - Getting things ready for our baby brother - I've given him one of my teddies to cuddle

 Wednesday 9th January 2019 - Cycling to preschool with my Mummy 

And telling her all about the Ninjago ninjas <3 

And after to preschool, back to Barbara's where I played and made a den with Celeste

Tuesday 8th January 2019 - My first morning at preschool and then a cosy day at home with Grandma and Grandad

Monday 7th January 2019 - Whizzing to Barbara's house. She was so happy to see me again and I was happy to see her too. I told her all about my Christmas holidays and how excited I am about meeting the new baby

 Sunday 6th January 2019 - Today was our last day in Center Parcs and the day we went home, back to London. Time for a last cycle up to the centre, a quick climb...

...and of course a massive ice-cream after lunch! 

We said goodbye to Center parcs and to Christmas. Until next year.

What a great holiday we've had 

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-Four

 Saturday 5th January 2019 -  Saturday 5th January 2019 - It's so good to wake up in our little lodge, to have cuddles with Grandad and to have breakfast with the birds and squirrels and Muntjac deer. We had a little deer who came to visit in the mornings and we fed him apple

We head back out into the woods with our snacks in our little trailer 

And went for our last swim (as we go home tomorrow)

I was very sleepy today so spent most of the time having cuddles with Grandma and Mummy in the lagoon pool 

Daddy took Clara on the slides and came back for cuddles and a swim with me 

Clara played with me and looked after me like I was her water baby 

And we had a slushy for a treat before getting out 

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-Three

 Friday 4th January 2019 - This morning we went swimming again and then after lunch Mummy, Daddy, Clara and Grandma went bowling. I didn't want to go bowling so I hung out with my Grandad 

Grandad was feeling quite tired but I managed to convince him to take me to the park, until it got too cold and we had to come back in to explore the arcades and the soft play.
Imagine how tired he looked afterwards? 

I was glad to be back in the lodge with my pyjamas and my iPad and Daddy was too 

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Forty-Two

 Thursday 3rd January 2019 - We had a lazy morning in the lodge with Grandad 

And then we went out into the forest for a bike ride. I had fun in the trailer while Daddy whizzed along. Clara got cold so we decided to head to the centre to warm up a bit 

I played shop keepers in the park. Grandad said I've done that since I was really little 

Then we went swimming again and I had a great time playing in pirate cove, going on all the slides myself and running around in all the fountains.

Daddy took me on the big slides too! 

We had tea in the lodge and then Grandma arrived just in time for our bedtime story

  Wednesday 2nd January 2019 - Wednesday 2nd January 2019 - School doesn't start until next week so we went to Center Parcs for a little start of new year holiday. Grandad arrived shortly after we did. We found our holiday lodge, hired bikes, went for a swim

And went for a delicious lunch of pasta 

We went swimming and then looked at all the lovely christmas lights before heading back to our lodge for tea

Tuesday 1st January 2019 - Tuesday 1st January 2019 - The first day of 2019. A lazy day for us in our pyjamas, playing with our christmas toys and making slime

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty-Nine

 Monday 31st December 2018 - Today was New Year's eve - the last day of 2018 and to celebrate we went on the cable car across the river to the 02 centre 

Where we took a family selfie and then went to the cinema to see Mary Poppins.

Afterwards we went for a burger and chips. Yum! 

In the evening we went to Juni and Robin's house for a little party where we played Mario cart and ate lots of sweets

We stayed up until midnight and then rushed out into the garden to light sparklers

We watched the fireworks and bounced on their trampoline!

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty-Eight

  Sunday 30th December 2018 - Today Mummy, Daddy, Clara and me went to the 1903 circus on the Southbank. We were all really excited (and full of sweets!) 

It was brilliant - acrobats and magicians and puppet elephants 

Afterwards Clara and I did our own acrobatics along the Southbank - climbing and running and swinging.. 

And we ended up at St. Paul's next to this giant Christmas tree
