Day Two Hundred and Ninety-Four

Thursday 30th July 2015 ~ Today was our last day of holiday, which made Clara and me a little sad...
...but we cheered ourselves up by playing with Uncle Phoy's shoes. I then had a long nap...
...and when I woke up, Uncle Ellis and Phoy took me to the Dome to meet Mummy, Daddy and Clara. Mummy, Daddy and Nini took us swimming for the last time and then it was back to the lodge to pack our things and get ready for dinner
I was really hungry when we arrived and wanted them to hurry up with the food
I ate chicken and carrot and chips and broccoli and cheese and pasta and fish! Afterwards, Clara teased me with her sugar lolly (which was actually meant for Mummy's coffee)
I tried to grab it but she was having none of it!
So unfair
Waaah!
Luckily Uncle Ellis came to the rescue with a delicious treat of ice-cream
I was pretty pleased
And after dinner, we all went for a final cycle ride around the lake until the sun set
I got out of my trailer to have a look at the rainbow above the lake and to have a cuddle with my Mummy
What a lovely holiday

Day Two Hundred and Ninety-Three

Wednesday 29th July 2015 ~ Today started off with a relaxing breakfast and a play in the lodge
After lunch, we went ten pin bowling. I mostly just watched everyone play, which wasn't so bad
And after my afternoon nap, Mummy, Daddy and Nini took Clara and I on a peddle boat. I really wasn't very sure about it at first...
...but I grew to see it as an excellent adventure! if only Daddy could keep me still.

Day Two Hundred and Ninety-Two

Tuesday 28th July 2015 ~ Today we went to Aachen in Germany. I spent a lot of the day sitting in my car seat or pushchair but I did get to see the cathedral. Daddy said Emperor Charlemagne was buried here which he said was a big deal, but it didn't mean a whole lot to me...
It had a giant stained glass window...
...which I guess was pretty amazing.
We even got home in time for another swim

Day Two Hundred and Ninety-One

Monday 27th August 2015 ~ Today we went swimming again and it was brilliant! I loved floating around in my baby float and going on the slide on Mummy's lap...
In the afternoon, everyone played mini golf. I was too small so I just had to sit and watch...
...but Daddy gave me some chocolate to cheer me up
In the evening, after I was fast asleep, Mummy and Daddy went on their bikes into Valkenswaard...
...they got home after the sun had set so Uncle Ellis had to rock me back to sleep when I woke up

Day Two Hundred and Ninety

Sunday 26th July 2015 ~ This morning the sun came out so we went down to the playground for a swing...
...and for a look around the farm. I found Uncle Phoy more interesting than the goats!
Daddy cycled me to the car and we drove to Kindersdijk...
...where we had a picnic lunch.
It got a little chilly but luckily there were more than enough people wanting to give me cuddles
We looked around at some windmills. Isn't it pretty?
Daddy took me around one of them that a family used to live in. It was great...
...and then Mummy carried me for a bit and showed me some of the other windmills...
...It was a really great day
With enough time for a play with Uncle Ellis before bed

Day Two Hundred and Eighty-Nine

Saturday 25th July 2015 ~ I was so tired after our long journey yesterday that today was a bit of a blur. I spent a lot of it sleeping, starting with a long nap on Mummy and Daddy's bed
When I woke up, Daddy took me on a walk in the rain...
...and then I was ridden around the forest in this trailer.
We went swimming and into Eindhoven and then I was more than ready to head straight back to bed

Day Two Hundred and Eighty-Eight

Friday 24th July 2015 ~ Today we got up very early and drove all the way to Dover. Here's me waiting in the car for the ferry to leave...
...it was my first time on a ferry, which was very exciting. Daddy said we were going to France...
...I had a great time playing with Clara until we arrived
And after another long drive, we arrived at where we were staying on our holiday. Luckily, just in time for dinner.
Aunt Nini, Uncle Phoy and Uncle Ellis were there too... and there was time for a quick play before bed
